An interesting field and we never quite know what the class of the race will be. We see over half the field have not won a race but have had only a few starts making it pretty difficult to line up. There could be a good one there, and past history has told us that winners haven't been too bad from time to time.

As we would imagine in this type of race, past winners have had quite a varied range of dosages. These are the dosages of past winners - [1.55/1.83/2.00/2.63/3.00/3.00/3.75/4.67/4.85/5.91]. Quite a few are fairly close to these,  A couple of things that might be of interest is that most of these past winners had a Brilliant rating under 10, while most had a Classic rating between 9 and 18. With this in mind, Trodaire is one of the maiden runners that looks to be suited in type for the race, and Alcyone is also one that can't be dismissed. Plenty of value there, so hopefully we can get the winner in two.
